The 海角禁区 Testing Center is located in room 215 of the APU/海角禁区 Consortium Library.
Enter through the north door, which is marked 海角禁区 Testing Center.
Follow the black and white arrows upstairs, using the elevator or the stairs. Make your way to room 215.
