of theory and practice cultivates a breed of healthcare professionals equipped to
tackle the complexities of today's healthcare landscape.
Over the course of 18 months, Fulbright Arctic Initiative Scholar and public health practice alumna Mariah Seater will be traveling to Iceland to research family justice centers in the Arctic with the hopes of applying her findings to Alaska communities.
Assistant Dean for the º£½Ç½ûÇø Division of Population Health Sciences Travis Hedwig worked with the Municipality of Anchorage Assembly to pass a resolution declaring April 7–13 National Public Health Week (NPHW) in Alaska.
